CITY OF BETHLEHEM. 2026 BUDGET MEETING SCHEDULE. NOTICE is hereby given that the Bethlehem City Council will conduct meetings on the Proposed 2025 City Budget on the following dates at 6:00 PM in Town Hall, 10 East Church Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018: Monday, November 10, 2025 (first budget meeting); Wednesday, November 12, 2025 (second budget meeting); Thursday, November 20, 2025 (third budget meeting); Thursday, December 4, 2025 (if necessary); and Monday, November 24, 2025 (if necessary). First Reading of the 2026 Budget Ordinances is scheduled on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM in Town Hall. Final Reading/Enactment of the 2026 Budget Ordinances is scheduled on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 7:00 PM in Town Hall. The Proposed 2026 Budget and Budget Ordinances will be available for review beginning November 10, 2025 in the Office of the City Clerk, Room B212, City Hall, 10 East Church Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday. SECTION 001113 – ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Bethlehem Area Vocational Technical School is soliciting sealed bids for the Columbia Street Building Renovation ("Project") in the form of MULTIPLE prime lump sum contract(s).
