SECTION 001113 – ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Bethlehem Area Vocational Technical School is soliciting sealed bids for the Columbia Street Building Renovation ("Project") in the form of MULTIPLE prime lump sum contract(s). Sealed Bids shall be delivered to Adam Lazarchak, Bethlehem Area Vocational Technical School, 3300 Chester Avenue, Bethlehem, PA 18020 no later than 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025, at the Factory Building, 315 Columbia Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018. Representatives of the Project Engineer (CHA) will provide project details at this meeting. Non-attendees will not be permitted to bid.
