The proposed demolition is anticipated to occur on or after May 4, 2026. All documents are on file at the Township Zoning Office for public inspection during regular business hours.

Sealed bids will be received electronically by the Board of Supervisors, Heidelberg Township, Lehigh County 6272 Rt. 309, New Tripoli, PA 18066 on PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ until 3pm on Monday April 15, 2026 when the bids will be opened and read.

All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to Heidelberg Township. The materials specified herein shall meet the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications. Escalator clause will apply. The successful bond with suitable, reasonable requirements, guaranteeing performance of the contract or delivery to be made with sufficient surety in the amount of 100% of the amount contracted within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
