Notice is hereby given that the Upper Macungie Township 2026 Proposed Budget will be available for public inspection for a period of 20 days on regular business days between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the Upper Macungie Township Municipal Building, 8330 Schantz Road, Breinigsville, PA 18031. The budget is also available to view on our website at UpperMac.org. Additionally, the Upper Macungie Township Board of Supervisors has scheduled adoption of the 2026 Final Budget at their regularly scheduled General Business Meeting to be held on December 4, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the address indicated above. Coinciding with the adoption of the 2026 Final Budget will be the adoption of a Resolution fixing the Upper Macungie Township Tax Rates listed below as being effective January 1, 2026, all of which are identical to the rates for the previous year: Real Estate Tax 0.64 mills Real Estate Transfer Tax 0.50 percent Earned Income Tax 0.50 percent Local Services Tax $47.00 Jazmin Vazquez Township Secretary Nov 12-13

Lower Macungie Township announces that the following public meetings will be held at the Township Municipal Complex, 3400-3450 Brookside Road, Macungie, PA 18062. Due to unknown completion of construction at the Township Building, meetings may be moved to the Community Center on the complex; otherwise, meetings will be at the Township Building.
