Applications will be made for the protection of agricultural crops, forested and shade trees throughout Pennsylvania. Individuals dwelling on lands contiguous to an application site may wish to be notified prior to application. BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act, 65 Pa.C.S. §§701–716, that a Special Meeting of the Bethlehem Township Municipal Authority has been called by the Chairman, David Thomsen, for the purpose of considering Resolution No. 2-2026, a Resolution declaring the Authority's official intent to reimburse general funds used to construct improvements to the Authority's wastewater system with funds to be received from the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST).
The meeting will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Bethlehem Township Physical Plant Building, BTMA Austin Wismer Conference Room, 3535 Orth Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania 18020.
