NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mahoning Township Board of Supervisors will hold a conditional use hearing on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the Mahoning Township Municipal Building, 2175 Blakeslee Boulevard Drive West, Lehighton, PA 18235. The applicants are Kelly Follweiler and Mudrick Meadows ("Applicants"). The Applicants seek conditional use approval to use property located at 211 Semmels Hill Road in Mahoning Township, identified by Tax Parcel No. 98D-35-A4,5 ("Subject Premises") as a Banquet Hall. The Subject Premises is owned by Kelly Follweiler. The Subject Premises is zoned R-1 Agricultural-Rural pursuant to the Mahoning Township Zoning Ordinance ("Zoning Ordinance").
