PUBLIC NOTICE – NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Palmerton Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a meeting at Borough Hall, 443 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071 on February 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, regarding an application by Derrick Drey. Applicant is requesting a variance, under Section 403.D.9.b2 of the Palmerton Borough Zoning Ordinance, to erect an accessory building on a vacant lot that does not contain a principal building. The property is located in a CF (Commercial Fringe) zoning district. The Zoning Hearing Board will take testimony and may deliberate and vote on this request during the hearing.
