All sides of the pieces to be polished. With full perpetual warranty. All granite needs to be cut and manufactured in the USA. Price needs to include carving lettering etchings, all installation on site. Project costs should include prevailing wage rates. Installation will be on existing concrete foundations. All granite must be drilled and pinned using stainless threaded rod and epoxied with Hilti re-500 epoxy. All seams to be sealed with 100 percent silicone. Project specs provided by and original work completed by Earl Wenz Inc. Desired project completion deadline is November 1, 2026. Bid submission: Bids should be submitted by mail by 4pm, May 1st, 2026 at the address listed above. Township of Salisbury will receive sealed bids for the 2026 Sanitary Sewer System Rehabilitation Project Main Line Cured-in-Place Pipe Lining Project. The work will include the rehabilitation of approximately 1,700 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main via cured-in-place pipe lining. Bids will be received online via PennBid until 2:00 p.m. (prevailing time) on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. Bids results will be made available on PennBid after bid opening. Copies of the Specifications/Bid Forms are available at no cost on PennBid (https://PennBid.bonfirehub.com). Questions and inquiries should be addressed through PennBid's "Ask A Question" button found on the Project Details page. The bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to the Owner in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article 6.01 of the General Conditions. The successful bidder must furnish Performance, Payment Bonds and Insurance per Contract meeting the requirements of Article 6 of the General Conditions. The work is federally funded, in part, through a grant from the County of Lehigh Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). All Contractor(s) must seek Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) Firm participation in obtaining subcontractors for construction work, equipment, services and/or supplies in accordance with goals and objectives of Executive Orders 11625 and 12138. Refer to Section 41 "Federal Requirements" of the Specifications for County of Lehigh, CDBG requirements. Failure to comply with the Federal regulations will result in the rejection of the bid.
