Sealed bid proposals will be received by the West Penn Township Board of Supervisors, Schuylkill County, for the following Equipment:
1997 or Newer SAKAI SV500 D 84" Single Vibratory Drum 10-Ton Dirt Roller with a Pad Foot Attachment, or Equivalent, 4 Cylinder Diesel, 140 Horsepower or Equivalent, 4000 or Less Hours. All Bid Proposals must be submitted no later than 10:00AM on Monday, October 6, 2025, for the above Equipment. The Sealed Bid Proposals will be opened and read by the Board of Supervisors at the regular meeting held Monday, October 6, 2025, at 6:00PM, when Agenda allows. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept any or all Bid Proposals or portions thereof the respective contracts and to accept any bid proposal or portion of bid proposal, which in its judgement is the best for the interest of the Township. All bid proposals shall be sealed and identified with the same address as the bidder. The Envelopes shall be clearly marked with the following: Dirt Roller.
