NOTICE
The Schuylkill Township Board of Supervisors is considering the adoption of an ordinance. The ordinance would proclaim the status of certain roads in Schuylkill Township, including Tioga Street, Toback Road, Cemetery Road, Hilltop Drive, Hilltop Road, Forest Lane, T-517, School Road, Seneca Street, and Sunny Drive, as public roads pursuant to 53 P.S. Section 67307, for purposes of securing recognition of said roads on the liquid fuels tax road inventory and/or to allow use of liquid fuels funds for maintenance. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the East Allen Township Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB), Northampton County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at the East Allen Township Municipal Building, located at 5344 Nor-Bath Boulevard, Northampton, PA 18067.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a validity challenge request submitted by Airport Road Partners, L.P. ("Applicant"), pursuant to the following section of the Municipalities Planning Code (MPC) and East Allen Township Zoning Ordinance:
1. §916.1(a)(1) - Validity of Ordinance; Substantive Questions.
2. §250-10 - Definitions.
The subject property is identified as Tax Parcel No. M5 5 1 0508 and is located at 6500 Hanoverville Road, Bethlehem, PA 18017. The property is located within the Limited Planned Commercial (PC2) Zoning District.
A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the East Allen Township Municipal Building during normal business hours. Interested parties may attend the hearing and offer testimony or comment.

Gentlemen:
You are invited to submit a proposal on a contract for WASTE MANAGEMENT
SERVICES.
The sealed proposal is to be in the office of the Tamaqua Area School District, PO
Box 112, 138 West Broad Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252, no later than 11:00 AM, EST,
July 7. 2026
Proposals will be publicly opened and read at the same location immediately
following opening.
Your proposal shall include cost of trash hauling as outlined in the specifications.
Use only the proposal form herewith provided. All proposals must be firm.
This contract will start August 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
The envelope containing the proposal shall be sealed, addressed to the Tamaqua
Area School District, PO Box 112, 138 West Broad Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252, and
plainly marked "RFP-WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES".
The Tamaqua Area School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
proposals submitted.
