NOTICE IS GIVEN, that the Kidder Township Board of Supervisors, Carbon County, Pennsylvania, proposes to enact the following Ordinance at a meeting of such Board to be duly called and duly held not less than seven (7) days nor more than sixty (60) days after the date of publication of this Notice.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 146 SOLID WASTE, RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 9, 77, AND 119 OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KIDDER, AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STORAGE, COLLECTION, VIOLATIONS AND PENALTY GUIDELINES OF SOLID WASTE COLLECTION FOR BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES IN THE TOWNSHIP OF KIDDER; FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 161 KIDDER TOWNSHIP RECYCLING PROGRAM.
The Kidder Township Board of Supervisors proposes to adopt an ordinance changing the guidelines for the storage and collection of solid waste and providing penalties therefor. INVITATION TO BID
THE CATASAUQUA AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT will receive sealed bids in the District Administration Office, 201 North 14th Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032, until 11:00 AM (prevailing time), October 6, 2025, for a 9-Passengar Van (Plus Driver). Bids will be publicly opened at the District Administration Office and read aloud immediately following the deadline for receipt.
Prospective bidders may review and obtain bidding documents at the District Administration Office at the above address, or request via email from muthersb@cattysd.org. Proposals must be submitted as described in the Bid Document with all requested information and documentation included.
Bidders' proposals must be accompanied by proposal security in the form of either a certified check, certified bank treasurer's check, bank cashier's check, cash, or a bid bond with satisfactory corporate surety in the form provided in the bidding documents. The amount of the proposal security shall be equal to 10% of the total amount bid.
All Bids shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after the bid opening date.
The CATASAUQUA AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT reserves the right to, in its discretion, reject any or all Bids or parts thereof; or items therein and to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, irregularities, or technicalities in Bids.

The City of Bethlehem will receive sealed Bids online via the PennBid Program
(https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) for 2025 41 Bridle Path Outfall Swale Improvements until 10:00am, October 9th, 2025 at which time they shall be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid's website.
Plans and specifications are available at no cost on PennBid. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on September 22nd 2025, 10:00 am, at Bethlehem City Hall, Room B-504 to answer any questions. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
