Sealed bid proposals will be received by Towamensing Township Supervisors, Carbon County, at the Towamensing Township Municipal Building, 120 Stable Road, Lehighton, PA 18235, Phone: 610-681-4202 until 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 2, 2025, for the following:
1. 15,000 Gallons Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD), 15 ppm,
Dyed (for off-road equipment only): Delivered
2. 2,000 Gallons Ultra-Low Sulfur Heating Oil
(ULSHO), 15 ppm: Delivered
All amounts are more or less. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the Township. All proposals will require a Bid Bond of 10% of the amount of the bids. All contracts will require a Performance Bond for 50% of the contract amount.
All bids will be opened and read publicly at the Thursday, October 2, 2025, regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors Meeting at approximately 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows.
The Supervisors of Towamensing Township reserve the right to reject any or all the bids and to waive any or all informalities in the interest of the Township.

Appeal #16-2025 of Garet Conrad seeks relief concerning real estate located at 3006 Willow Court, Bethlehem Township, Northampton County. The applicant is seeking to construct an elevated deck greater than four feet above average grade which is required by Bethlehem Township Zoning Ordinance Section 275-190.D(5)(e) to meet setback criteria for a principal structure. The relief requested is a dimensional variance from Bethlehem Township Zoning Ordinance Section 275-49.G(1), which requires a minimum rear yard setback for a principal structure of 35 feet. The applicant requests a 20.01-foot rear yard setback, thereby seeking a variance of 15.01 feet. The real estate is located in the Medium Density Residential (MDR) District, maintains Northampton County Tax Parcel Identification Number M7 17D5 0205 and is described in Northampton County Deed Book Volume 2010-1, Page 117309.
