We are looking for a friendly, motivated and organized person to join our oral surgery practice. In this administrative role you will check in patients, update their records, check insurance benefits, schedule appointments, review treatment plans and process payments and do monthly billing.

Job Description and Requirements
• Preparation of design drawings and supporting
calculations.
• Feasibility reviews and code/zoning compliance.
• Preparation of various permit applications and supporting plans and documents.
• Requires exceptional organization skills, setting work priorities, and meeting project schedules.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with project teams effectively.
• Prepare work quotes, job proposals, and contracts.
• Represent clients and projects in public meetings and forums.
• Build client relationships and trust with reliability, work quality, and communications.
• A support team of CAD technicians, land surveyors, and junior engineers will be available and require management and direction to keep projects on schedule.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active PE license is required. Pursuit and development of professional certifications and licenses will be supported.
• Eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in subdivision and land development engineering is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Autodesk Civil 3D is a plus.
• Occasional travel to jobs sites is required.
• A positive attitude towards overcoming problems and obstacles is a must.
