Applicants seek the listed relief to allow construction of a ground mounted solar energy system. Applicants propose development of approximately 52% of areas on the property sloped 8-15%, 100% of the 88 sq feet of land sloped at 25% or more, and to clear 92% of the 2.5 acres of trees on the west side of the property. The subject premise is owned by Matthew D. Frable and Stacy J.
