VIA OF LEHIGH VALLEY PROPOSED RENOVATIONS Sealed bids for Via of Lehigh Valley Proposed Renovations will be received by Watkins Architect LTD, 29 West Main Street, Fleetwood, PA 19522, no later than 2pm on November 11, 2025. Bids received after time specified above will not be accepted. The project consists of miscellaneous renovation work throughout the existing building. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 1:30pm on October 23, 2025, at the project site 336 W. Spruce St, Bethlehem, PA 18018. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis and will be accepted for the following separate primes: General, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection. Bid documents may be examined without charge or purchased at the office of Watkins Architect LTD, 29 W. Main Street, Fleetwood, PA, 19522; Ph: 610-944-5536; email: yourteam@watkinsarchitect.com. A non-refundable fee of $25 to receive a share file link to download or $300.00 per printed set is required to attain bid documents and be placed on the bidders list. First class mail delivery is available for an additional $40.00 per set. Checks made payable to "Watkins Architect". Bids shall be accompanied by bid Security in the form of bid bond, cash, certified or cashier's check, not less than 10% of the base bid, naming as obligee Via of Lehigh Valley, to be retained and applied by the undersigned if bidder would default in executing agreement or furnishing the bonds and insurance certificates required by the contract documents. Prospective bidders are advised that this project is subject to and governed by provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act including amendments and supplements there-to. Bidders shall submit bids after considering the applicability of said Pennsylvania Wage Act to the work involved, and to all other laws and regulations, state or federal, applicable to this project. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date set for the opening of bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in a final sum equal to 100% of the proposed contract amount.
