The Borough Council of Bowmanstown reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interests of the Borough.

THE TOWNSHIP IS PROPOSING AN AMENDNMENT TO ITS SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE TO UPDATE THE REQUIRED FAIR-SHARE CONTRIBUTION FOR RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS AND LAND DEVELOPMENTS.

Copies of the complete text of the proposed Ordinance may be viewed at the Township Building during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The Whitehall Township Municipal Building is accessible to the physically handicapped.
