EAST ALLEN TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD Hearing No. ZHB-25003 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of East Allen Township, Northampton County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. at the East Allen Township Municipal Building located at 5344 Nor-Bath Boulevard, Northampton, PA, 18067. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the zoning variance and a determination request submitted by James F. Preston, Esquire, Broughal & Devito L.L.P., attorney for the appellant. The applicant is requesting variances from the following sections of the East Allen Township Zoning ordinance: 1. §250-15B – Conservation District. Uses permitted by right. 2. §250-15C – Conservation District. Special exception uses. 3. §250-15D – Conservation District. Conditional uses. 4. §250-33C – Nonconformities. Alteration or extension. 5. §250-76 – Appeals. The subject properties requesting relief are tax parcels L6-8-17A-0508 with the physical address of 7230 Beth Bath Pike and L6 8 16 0508. Both parcels are located within the General Industrial (GI) and Conservation (C) Zoning Districts. A conditional use approval (CU24003) for the proposed warehouse was approved on January 23, 2025, by the Board of Supervisors. A copy of the application may be viewed on Township's website at www.eatwp.org, or in person at the East Allen Township Municipal Building during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
