The Lower Towamensing Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lower Towamensing Township Municipal Building, located at 595 Hahn's Dairy Road, Palmerton, PA 18071, to hear the following request: Jeffrey Buck, Jr. is proposing to construct a 50' x 62" pole building on property located at 1460 Walnut Street. The property is located in an R-C (Rural Conservation) Zoning District. Section 602.B.1 of the Lower Towamensing Township Zoning Ordinance limits the size of accessory buildings on lots of more than three (3) acres to a maximum size of 40' x 80'. A Variance is requested which requires action of the Zoning Hearing Board. The Zoning Hearing Board will take testimony, deliberate and may vote on this request at this hearing.
