The Borough of Catasauqua ("Owner") will receive sealed bids electronically via the PennBid Program for the complete design and construction of a 42' x 64' painted 28-gauge steel panel pole building on the Borough's Wastewater Treatment Facility site at 18 West Race Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032. The work shall include professional engineering design, preparation of construction plans, and specifications, product manufacture, erection and field supervision.
Bids will be received online via PennBid until 11:00 a.m. (prevailing time) on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Bid results will be made available on PennBid after bid opening/review by Owner.

Notice is hereby given that on November 3, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., the Packer Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing in the Township Building, 2234 Hudson Drive, Weatherly, Pennsylvania.
The purpose of the public meeting is to discuss, inform and receive public comments on proposed Amendment of the Zoning Ordinance for Packer Township. The Township will be considering an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance relating to specific standards for the regulation of Data Centers within the township. The proposed amendments address the following:
Notice is further given that the Packer Township Board of Supervisors, Carbon County, Pennsylvania, will conduct its regular meeting on November 3, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Township Building, 2234 Hudson Drive, Weatherly, Pennsylvania which will include consideration of the amendment to the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to Data Centers.
At the Meeting, the Board of Supervisors will discuss, inform and receive public comments on the proposed Data Center amendment to the zoning Ordinance for Packer Township. The Township intends to adopt an amendment to the Ordinance for Packer Township.
