The application of 139 & 211 South LLC regarding 211 South Street, Lehighton, PA 18235, Parcel ID# 70A10-29-S12.01. The applicant is requesting a Special Exception from the Zoning Hearing Board in accordance with Zoning Ordinance Section 218-16: "Schedule of Development Standards" to convert an existing 7-unit multifamily apartment building with a commercial space into an 8-unit multifamily apartment building.
