NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Franklin Township will conduct a public hearing on November 18, 2025, beginning at 6:15 p.m., prevailing time, at the Franklin Township Municipal Administration Office, 889 Fairyland Road, in Franklin Township, Pennsylvania. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comment from the public regarding the proposed Cable Franchise Agreement between Franklin Township and Blue Ridge Cable Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Blue Ridge Communications ("Cable Franchise Agreement"). Copies of the proposed Cable Franchise Agreement may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge no greater than the cost thereof at the Franklin Township Municipal Administration Office, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. All persons are welcome to attend and be heard.
