NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of North Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, will hold public hearings on the following dates: December 8, 2025; December 9, 2025 and December 10, 2025, each beginning at 7:00 PM, prevailing time, at the North Whitehall Township Municipal Building located at 3256 Levans Road, Coplay, Pennsylvania 18037. The purpose of these hearings is to declare whether or not the North Whitehall Township Zoning Ordinance of 2002, as amended, at Sections 440-42.D.(9)(a)[7] and 440-30, or portions thereof, is substantially invalid, unconstitutional, or unlawful for failing to permit "Auto Repair Garages" as an Accessory Use permitted by right in all zoning districts as well as permitting "Auto Repair Garages" as an allowable "Home Occupation." If the Board of Supervisors determines that the Zoning Ordinance, or portions thereof, is substantially invalid for the foregoing reasons, it may enact a Resolution entitled "A RESOLUTION OF NORTH WHITEHALL TOWNSHIP, LEHIGH COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, ADOPTED PURSUANT TO SECTION 609.2 OF THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPALITIES PLANNING CODE DECLARING THE NORTH WHITEHALL TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE OF 2002, AS AMENDED, SUBSTANTIALLY INVALID AND PROPOSING TO PREPARE A CURATIVE AMENDMENT TO OVERCOME SUCH INVALIDITY" or words to that effect. Notice of Meetings The Whitehall-Coplay School District hereby gives public notice of the following meetings in the Whitehall-Coplay Education Center, 2932 Zephyr Blvd., Whitehall, PA: Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Whitehall-Coplay School District (the "District") shall convene a Reorganization Meeting on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., for the purpose of engaging in the annual reorganization of the school board and any and all business that properly comes before the board. The December Committee Meetings will then be held immediately following the annual reorganization meeting.
