CITY OF BETHLEHEM - NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCES AND ENACTMENT. Notice is hereby given that Bethlehem City Council will consider enactment of the proposed bills (ordinances) summarized below at a City Council meeting in the City of Bethlehem Town Hall Rotunda Building (address below). TITLE: BILL NO. 58-2025. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BETHLEHEM, COUNTIES OF LEHIGH AND NORTHAMPTON, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR 2025. SUMMARY: That total appropriations in the 2025 General Fund Budget be increased from $113,229,257 to $124,529,257. And TITLE: BILL NO. 59-2025. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BETHLEHEM, COUNTIES OF LEHIGH AND NORTHAMPTON, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING ARTICLE 112 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES, ENTITLED "CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS". SUMMARY: The ordinance sets forth the reporting responsibilities of elected officials, candidates, and their respective committees for political offices in the City of Bethlehem.
