NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Upper Macungie Township shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Upper Macungie Township Building at 8330 Schantz Road, Breinigsville, PA 18031. The purpose of this hearing is to receive testimony; evidence and comment from interested parties and the public related to a proposed Amendments to the Upper Macungie Township Zoning Ordinance.
The proposed amendment(s) to the Zoning Ordinance (proposed as Upper Macungie Township Ordinance No. 2025-04) amends Chapter 27 (Zoning) of the Code of Ordinances of the Township of Upper Macungie, known as the Upper Macungie Township Zoning Ordinance and the sections of Chapter 27. Specifically, this ordinance adds new definitions; amends the use table and adds additional requirements all related to providing for and regulation of "Data Centers" all of which are fully set forth in the body of this ordinance and all of which are in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act 247 of 1968, P.L. 805, No. 247, as reenacted and amended, 53 P.S. §10609.
The proposed Ordinance shall be available for public inspection in the office of the Township Secretary at the Upper Macungie Township Municipal Building at the address provided above, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays; The Parkland Press, 1633 N. 26th Street, Allentown, PA 18104 Allentown, PA as well as The Lehigh County Department of Law located at Lehigh County Government Center 17 South 7th Street Allentown, PA 18101, where it may be inspected.
The general public shall have the right to attend and be heard at the Public Hearing.

Notice is hereby given that a copy of the 2026 Proposed Budget will be available for inspection by appointment for a period of 20 days on regular business days between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the Lower Saucon Township Building, 3700 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bethlehem, PA. The Budget is also available to view on our website under the Finance Department at www.lowersaucontownship.org.
The public is hereby advised that the Council of Lower Saucon Township has scheduled adoption of the 2026 Final Budget at their regularly scheduled meeting to be held on December 3, 2025.
Coinciding with the adoption of the 2026 Final Budget will be the adoption of
a resolution fixing the General-Purpose Tax Levy for the 2026 Lower Saucon Township Real Estate Tax at 4.24 mills and the Fire Tax Levy at 1.5 mills. Also, a resolution confirming the EIT rate at 1.00%, the Real Estate Transfer tax rate at 1.00% and the Local Services tax at $52.00.
