SECTION 001113 – REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) The Bethlehem Area School District (BASD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors in the form of a single-prime lump sum contract for the Stadium Synthetic Turf Field Replacement ("Project").
