NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF ABANDONED MANUFACTURED HOME NOTICE is hereby given that NIS Hollow Park, LLC will sell the manufactured home located on Lot 49 (3 bed, 1.5 bath) (the "Home") a public sale pursuant to the Pennsylvania Manufactured Home Community Rights Act. The sale will be conducted by public sale by competitive bidding on January 5, 2026 at 10 a.m. at the main office of Nis Hollow Estates located at 312 Lower Nis Hollow Dr, Lehighton, PA 18235. Conditions of the sale are available upon request (610-377-5199) and will be available at the time of the sale. The Home may be purchased in cash or certified bank funds only and must be paid in full at the time of the sale, along with any and all applicable taxes, costs and fees. The successful bidder shall be responsible for any liens on the Home, obtaining title or title documents to the Home, for rental fees and/or removal costs.
