Notice is given that Ordinance #2025-01 shall be considered, and if appropriate, adopted by the Board of Supervisors of Upper Macungie Township at its regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Upper Macungie Township Municipal Building, 8330 Schantz Road, Breinigsville, PA 18031. Ordinance #2025-01: Proposing to amend the Township of Upper Macungie Code of Ordinances, Chapter 1 (Administration and Government), Part 1 (Township Officials), Section 1-127 (Duties) to further define the duties delegated to the Township Manager, as set forth in more detail in the body of the ordinance.
