LEHIGH CAREER & TECHNICAL INSTITUTE (LCTI) AND THE JOINT OPERATING COMMITTEE (JOC) NOTICE OF CALENDAR YEAR 2026 PUBLIC MEETINGS LCTI and the JOC do hereby give public notice of its regular meetings and committee meetings for the calendar year 2026 scheduled on the dates listed below. The JOC regular meetings are held in the JOC Board Room, 2nd floor of the D-Wing Building, 4500 Education Park Drive, Schnecksville, Pennsylvania commencing at 6:30 p.m. The JOC committee meetings are held and their locations are as follows: Business & Finance Subcommittee, Room D204 Education Subcommittee, D201 Facility Subcommittee, Room D200 Public Relations & School Climate Subcommittee, JOC Board Room Committee meetings generally begin no earlier than 4:30 p.m. and end no later than 5:45 p.m. The room location and exact time of the JOC Committee meetings are posted on the LCTI Website (www.lcti.org) and in LCTI's Main Office located in the E-Wing Building no less than three (3) days prior to the date of the meeting. A Reorganization/Regular meeting is scheduled on December 9, 2026 at 6:15 p.m. in the JOC Board Room, D-Wing Building. Virtual Public Meetings are held in accordance with JOC Policy 006.1, which authorizes the JOC to conduct meetings via electronic communications in the event of a declared emergency that prevents or discourages public gatherings due to a public health or safety concern. In the event that the format of the scheduled meetings need to change from in-person to virtual via electronic communications, the change in the format including any change in date or time of the meetings will be posted on the LCTI website (www.lcti.org) and on the main entrance door of the D-Wing and E-Wing Buildings. Instructions for attending and participating in the Virtual Public Meetings will be available on the LCTI website (www.lcti.org) on the first business day immediately following the decision to schedule the Virtual Public Meeting.
