AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF NESQUEHONING BOROUGH, SPECIFICALLY SECTION 10-601 ET. SEQ. (ORDINANCE NO 2011-4 AND ORDINANCE NO. 2019-07) AND REQUIRING THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SMOKE, HEAT AND CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS IN LEASED OR RENTED DWELLING UNITS AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS The Borough Council of Nesquehoning proposes to amend its Ordinance regarding definitions, required standards and inspections.
