KIDDER TOWNHIP NOTICE Notice is hereby Given that Kidder Township Board of Supervisors will hold the 2026 Reorganization Meeting on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Kidder Township Municipal Building, 10 Lake Harmony Road (State Route 1003), Lake Harmony, PA 18624. THE ADOPTED 2026 BUDGET INCORPORATES THE FOLLOWING TAX REQUIREMENTS Real Estate General Fund 3.65 mills Real Estate Fire Tax 2.50 mills (1.5 mil split between Volunteer Fire Companies (2) & 1 mil Fire Equipment Fund) Real Estate Ambulance and Rescue Tax 1.30 mills Earned Income Tax 1% shared with school district Real Estate Transfer Tax 1% shared with school district Local Services Tax $52.00 ($5.00 shared with school district) Mechanical Device Tax $50.00 per machine Amusement Tax 4% of fee Amusement Tax – Golf 4% of 40% of fee Annual Trash Collection Fee $370.00 KIDDER TOWNSHIP SCHEDULED MEETINGS FOR 2026: Reorganization Meeting – Monday, January 5, 2026 – 5:00 PM Elected Auditors Meeting – Tuesday, January 6, 2026 – 10:00 AM Board of Supervisors – Fourth Thursday of Each Month – 6:00 PM Planning Commission – First Wednesday of Each Month – 6:00 PM Zoning Hearing Board – Last Monday of Each Month – 6:00 PM Environmental Advisory Council - Second Wednesday of Each Month - 7:00 PM In case of emergency all meetings will take place the following business day at the original listed time.
