B and 440-42. D.9.b.4 of the North Whitehall Township Zoning Ordinance of 2002 as amended, to utilize nine hundred (900) square feet of a proposed barn as a dog grooming facility. In the alternative, the applicant challenges the validity of the North Whitehall Township Zoning Ordinance of 2025, in so far as it defines dog grooming and prohibits or restricts the use or development of land for that purpose.
