NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ORDINANCE TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Borough of Slatington will consider the following Ordinance at a public hearing on Monday, January 12, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. The hearing will be held at Borough Hall, 125 South Walnut Street, Slatington, Pennsylvania. The following is a summary of the proposed Ordinance: PROPOSED ORDINANCE 727 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND REPLACING ARTICLE V, OFF STREET PARKING AND LOADING, SECTIONS 195-40 THROUGH AND INCLUDING SECTION 195-43 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF SLATINGTON, ALSO KNOWN AS ARTICLE V OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF SLATINGTON AND REPEALER Inspection and copies of the complete proposed ordinance are available for review by the public at Borough Hall, by contacting the administration office, and will also be on file at this newspaper.
