"Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2, notice is hereby given that Ms. Kate Dreisbach has submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection a Notice of Intent to Remediate and a Final Report for a site located at 19 Short Lane, Allen Township, Northampton County. The site is a single family residence that was affected by a release of heating oil. Ms. Dreisbach has selected the Statewide Health Standard and has indicated that the remediation measures, which included source removal (completed in 2025), have demonstrated attainment of the Statewide Health cleanup standard. The proposed future use of the property will remain residential."
