Jaindl; for a variance from Section 27-307.(2)(C)(g) of the Upper Macungie Township Zoning Ordinance in order to permit a portion of a proposed manufacturing building be constructed at a maximum height of 110 feet where the Ordinance allows a maximum building height of 75 feet, on six (6) parcels totaling 150.278 acres located at 8810-9802 Main Street Fogelsville, PA 18051.
