Part 403). The permittee has requested approval of a POTW Pretreatment Program in accordance with the requirements of 40 C.F.R. Part 403.9 and is being public noticed by the EPA pursuant to 40 C.F.R. Part 403.11.
How to Review the Proposed POTW Pretreatment Program
Any person can request a copy of the request for approval program submission by emailing EPA_R3_Pretreatment@epa.gov or by writing to Environmental Protection Agency, Region 3, Four Penn Center, 1600 John F. How to Provide Comments or Request a Hearing
Any person may provide comments or request a public hearing on the request for approval of the POTW Pretreatment Program within thirty (30) days of the date of this notice to the above email or mailing address. Any request for a public hearing shall indicate the interest of the person filing such request and the reasons why a hearing is warranted. Any person who submitted comments, participated in the public hearing, if held, or requests to receive notice of approval or disapproval of the POTW Pretreatment Program by emailing or writing to the above email or mailing address will be notified of any approval or disapproval.

The Lower Saucon Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a business meeting in Lower Saucon Town Hall, 3700 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bethlehem, PA 18015 on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
