The property is currently zoned R-2 Medium Zoning District. 2. Condition of Sale The Property is being sold in "AS-IS" condition with no warranties or representations of any kind, including but not limited to, environmental condition, zoning, or suitability for development. The Borough makes no representation regarding the presence of underground storage tanks or other environmental hazards. The property is subject to the current zoning and is no longer permitted to be used as a repair garage. The property does require that the existing structure and tires be removed.
