Notice is hereby given that Bethlehem City Council will consider enactment of the proposed bills (ordinances) summarized below at a City Council meeting in the City of Bethlehem Town Hall Rotunda Building (address below). TITLE: BILL NO. 13-2026. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BETHLEHEM, COUNTIES OF LEHIGH AND NORTHAMPTON, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE 2026 SEWER CAPITAL BUDGET. SUMMARY: That total appropriations in the 2026 Sewer Capital Budget be increased from $10,245,492 to $10,536,722. TITLE: BILL NO. 14-2026. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BETHLEHEM, COUNTIES OF LEHIGH AND NORTHAMPTON, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE WATER CAPITAL FUND BUDGET FOR 2026. SUMMARY: That total appropriations in the Water Capital Fund Budget for 2026 be decreased from $12,824,040 to $12,497,006. TITLE: BILL NO. 15-2026. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BETHLEHEM, COUNTIES OF LEHIGH AND NORTHAMPTON, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR 2026. SUMMARY: That total appropriations in the 2026 General Fund be increased from $113,087,531 to $113,103,668. And TITLE: BILL NO. 17-2026. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BETHLEHEM, COUNTIES OF LEHIGH AND NORTHAMPTON, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR 2026. SUMMARY: That total appropriations in the 2026 General Fund be increased from $113,103,668 to $113,118,643.
