NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of North Catasauqua, PA will hold a public hearing on Thursday April 9, 2026 at 5:30 PM in Borough Hall located at 1066 Fourth Street, North Catasauqua, PA 18032. The subject of the hearing will be as follows: APPEAL No. 2026-02 Exchange 17, LLC was granted certain zoning relief following a hearing held on August 28, 2025. Pursuant to §208 of the Borough's Zoning Ordinance, any erection, construction, reconstruction, alteration, or moving of a building or other structure including a sign authorized by a permit, or decision of the Zoning Hearing Board shall be commenced, and any change in use of a building or land authorized by a permit or decision of the Zoning Hearing Board shall be undertaken within six (6) months after the date of issuance of the permit or written decision of the Board unless the applicant requests and is granted an extension of time. At the public hearing at the above-stated date and time, the Zoning Hearing Board will consider the applicant's request for a six (6) month time extension to complete all required work and obtain all required permits, as provided for by §208.1.1 and 208.1.3 of the Borough Zoning Ordinance. Applicant(s) and/or their representatives are required to attend said hearing and present testimony regarding this matter. All other interested parties may attend.
