NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Lower Macungie Township will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Township Municipal Campus, Meeting Room "A" - 3400 Brookside Road, Macungie, PA 18062. APPEAL No. 03-2026 of 914 Oplinger LLC. Of 5810 Landis Mill Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18015. Property is located at 914 Oplinger Rd. Allentown, PA 18106. in the "WC" Wescosville Commercial Zoning District-Lehigh County Tax Parcel No. 547596032774 1. Appellant requests special exception approval under Ordinance 2019-10, Chapter 27, Part 26, Section 27-2503.2.B to allow the construction of a 48x72 detached accessory building thereby expanding a non conforming use. Appellant further requests relief under Ordinance 2019-10, Chapter 27, Part 26, Section 27-1708.2.A.5 to allow a height of 32 feet where 18 feet is required for accessory use structures. Lastly, relief under Ordinance 2019-10, Chapter 27, Part 26, Section 27-2503.2.B.2 to allow the resulting gross floor area to increase from 3,920 square feet to 5,648 square feet, exceeding the 125% maximum increase allowed by ordinance.
