ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the EMMAUS BOROUGH CDBG ADA PROJECT will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by Emmaus Borough, until 12:00 p.m. local time on May 7, 2026. Bids will be received from PennBid and tabulated results will be available on PennBid after the bid opening. All project documents and details are available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 p.m. local time on April 30, 2026, at 326 South 2nd Street, Emmaus, PA 18049. Bidders are required to bid on the total project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to "Emmaus Borough" in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder shall provide a performance bond or certified check to the municipality in 100% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
