Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of South Whitehall Township will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the South Whitehall Township Municipal Building located at 4444 Walbert Avenue, Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, for the following zoning appeals: ZHB-2026-01: The Appeal of Michael & Jeanne Marsteller, requesting the following relief from the South Whitehall Township Zoning Ordinance (the "Ordinance"): (1) A variance from Section 350-42(p)(1) to permit the construction of a 12 feet wide and 8 feet deep open front porch with roof encroaching into the property's front yard setback by 8 feet, where the Ordinance would limit the porch's width to 7.3 feet and only allow the porch to encroach into the front yard setback a maximum of 7 feet. (2) A Variance from Section 350-24(c)(6) to permit the construction of a dwelling observing side yard setbacks of only 7.67 feet where the Ordinance would require minimum side yard setbacks of 10 feet.
