NOTICE TO PROPOSERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #2026-01 Pension Plan Administration, Investment Advisory, Actuarial, and Custodial Services Police and Non-Uniform Pension Plans South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania ("Township"), is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced professional firms to provide pension plan administration, investment advisory, actuarial, custodial, and related fiduciary services for the Township's municipal pension plans. The Township administers multiple retirement plans for public employees and is responsible for ensuring the prudent stewardship of public pension assets in accordance with Pennsylvania law, including compliance with Act 205, Act 600, applicable IRS regulations, and Auditor General reporting requirements. On April 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., South Whitehall Township will receive the sealed proposals and open them online, with results being made public via PennBid. The Township reserves the right to award contracts for bundled services, individual service categories, or a hybrid service model, depending upon the proposals received and the best interests of the Township. South Whitehall Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to award to the Vendor who, in the sole discretion and judgment of the Township, makes the most advantageous proposal.
