ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS North Street Parking Garage 2026 Restoration The structural and waterproofing repairs for the project listed above includes but not limited to floor, vertical, and overhead concrete repairs, waterproofing replacement, and miscellaneous repairs as indicated on the restoration documents. Sealed bids for the North Street Parking Garage 2026 Restoration will be received by the Bethlehem Parking Authority located at 85 West North Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018 until 2:00PM local time on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bidder bears the risk of late delivery. Bids received after the bid date and time will be returned unopened. This project shall be performed in accordance with the Prevailing Wage Rates for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The project is located in the County of Northampton. Contractors who have met the following requirements shall be considered a qualified bidder for this project: * Qualified bidders should have a minimum of five (5) parking structure restoration projects with a minimum of over $500,000 project cost performed in the last five (5) years. * Qualified bidders shall include a written document referencing project qualification information including but not limited to scope of projects, client information, project cost, reference, etc. * Qualified bidders should have served as prime contractor and self-performed concrete restoration and waterproofing repairs/replacements at the five (5) reference projects. Bids shall be submitted in an envelope which is sealed, and which is clearly marked on the outside with the name of the Owner (Bethlehem Parking Authority, Attn: Steven Fernstrom, Executive Director), the name and address of the bidder and contract name for which the bid is being submitted. Sealed bids shall be sent to the Bethlehem Parking Authority office located at 85 West North Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018. The successful bidder must post a performance and payment bond in the sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price and with a bonding company acceptable to the Bethlehem Parking Authority, upon execution of the contract for the project.
