All materials must meet PENNDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards.
Proposals must be on forms provided by the Borough. Proposal forms, specifications and bid information can be obtained at the Lansford Borough Municipal Building at the above address or by calling Ashley McLaughlin, Secretary at 570-645-3900 on Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Lansford Borough.
The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract.
All bids will be opened and read publicly on Wednesday May 13, 2026, at the Borough Hall at approximately 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows.
The Borough Council of Lansford reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Borough.
