The Borough Council of Nesquehoning proposes to amend its Ordinance regarding the charge for tapping on to the Borough Sewer System. The proposed final budget requires a 4.8% Act I mill increase for a total budget of $44,218,800, or a total millage rate of 26.7255 for Lehigh County and 85.7432 for Northampton County as calculated under Section 672.1 (a) (1) of the Public School Code of 1949.
