LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP CONCERNING POSSIBLE COMPREHENSIVE REWRITE OF THE HANOVER TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE. Legal notice is hereby given that the Hanover Township Council will hold a public hearing in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at 2202 Grove Road, Allentown, PA. The purpose of this public hearing shall be to gather public comments concerning the potential comprehensive rewrite of the Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance. The proposed ordinance includes comprehensive updates to zoning regulations, district provisions, permitted uses, development standards, and related administrative procedures, and is intended to replace the existing zoning ordinance in its entirety. The proposed Zoning Ordinance document is available for public inspection, without charge, during normal business hours at the Municipal Building 2202 Grove Rd, Allentown, PA 18109. Interested persons may also submit written comments, either in person or by mailing, to the above address in advance of the public hearing. Melissa A.
