TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PROPOSAL FOR PERFORMANCE OF HANDICAPPED CURB AND SIDEWALK RAMP WORK FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS BUREAU OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WHITEHALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 3.20 OF THE HOME RULE CHARTER WHICH REQUIRES AUTHORIZATION OF ACQUISITIONS IN EXCESS OF $25,000 BY ORDINANCE (PUBLIC WORKS)
Copies of the full text of the proposed legislative items may be examined by any citizen in the Administration Office of the Township of Whitehall, PA, on any business day between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. The Whitehall Township Municipal Building is accessible to the physically handicapped. Assistance for the visually and/or hearing impaired is available upon request at least five (5) working days prior to this meeting.
