Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Hanover Township, Northampton County, will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building at 3630 Jacksonville Road, Bethlehem, PA 18017, on Thursday, May 28, 2026, to consider the following: The petition of Bethlehem Office Commons, LLC. concerning the property at 3893 Adler Place, Suite 160, PIN M6 15 10S 0214 in the PIBD district, of which Petitioner is the record owner. Petitioner proposes a personal services use for the property. Petitioner seeks a variance from the Zoning Ordinance's off-street parking requirement pursuant to Section 185-17.C. to allocate only 15 parking spaces for the proposed use. Petitioner seeks a variance from Section 185-54.E.(b)[1] to allow for the proposed use to be located on a lot closer than 1,000 feet to any zoning district boundary of the PIBD Zoning District.
