At the regularly scheduled board meeting of the Panther Valley School District held on May 13, 2026, the proposed budget for the 2026-2027 fiscal year beginning July 1, 20263 is projected as 45,576,240 with a 1.3955 mil increase for Carbon County and a .2587 mil increase for Coaldale. A Copy of the budget is available for public inspection on the district's website panthervalley.org. Any questions may be directed to Greg Gauronsky, Business Manager at gauronskyg@panthervalley.org.
The budget will be presented for final adoption at the regularly scheduled board meeting on Wednesday June 17, 2026 at 7:00 PM.

All materials must meet PENNDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards.
Proposals must be on forms provided by the Borough. Proposal forms, specifications and bid information can be obtained at the Coaldale Borough Municipal Building at the above address or by calling Kim Gavornik, Secretary at 570-645-6310 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Coaldale Borough.
The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract.
All bids will be opened and read publicly on Tuesday June 9, 2026, at the Borough Hall at approximately 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows.
The Borough Council of Coaldale reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Borough.
