NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Supervisors of Lynn Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, that on May 14, 2026, they acknowledged receipt of a proposal to include additional land within the Lynn Township Agricultural Security Area. The proposed addition consists of approximately 58.11 acres more or less, which are located in Lynn Township and are identified as PIN Nos. 541858471086 1, 541848669455 1, and 541778029649 1. The proposed additional land will remain on file and is available for public inspection during the normal business hours at the Lynn Township Municipal Building located at 7911 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, Pennsylvania.
Any municipality encompassing or adjacent to the proposed additional area, or any landowner who owns the land proposed to be included within the Agricultural Security Area, or any landowner with lands adjacent or near the proposed additional area who wishes land to be included or not included therein, may propose modifications to the proposed area. Objections to the proposed additional area, and proposed modification must be filed with the Board of Supervisors, in writing, with a copy to the Lynn Township Planning Commission within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this Notice. At the end of the fifteen (15) day period, the proposed additional land and proposed modifications, if any, will be submitted to the Lynn Township Planning Commission and the Lynn Township Agricultural Security Area Advisory Committee. Thereafter, a public hearing will be held on the proposed additional land, proposed modifications, if any, and recommendations of the Lynn Township Planning Commission and the Lynn Township Agricultural Security Area Advisory Committee.

The Upper Macungie Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday June 4, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., at the Upper Macungie Township Municipal Building, 8330 Schantz Road, Breinigsville, PA 18031 to hear the following application:
The application of Jaindl Land Company/David J. Jaindl; for a Conditional Use approval in order to:
1) Establish an Auto Service Station with an Accessory Convenience Store use on the subject property, pursuant to § 27-306.2. - Permitted Uses Table Business Districts, of the Upper Macungie Township Zoning Ordinance, which classifies an Auto Service Station as a Conditional Use in the LI-Light Industrial Park Zoning District and 2) Permit a Reduction of Parking Requirements as a Conditional Use for the existing 94,000 s.f. office building on the property, pursuant to § 27-601.2. of the Upper Macungie Township Ordinance, which states the Board of Supervisors may, through the Conditional Use process of § 27-118, permit a reduction of the number of parking spaces required to be developed, if the applicant proves to the satisfaction of the Board that less parking spaces are needed.
